Raven is a mobile application that allows users to privately message one another. Users can also purchase packages of 'carriers' to deliver their messages.

     a. To use our Services, you need to register and maintain an active account.

     b. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

     c. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Purchases

     a. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you will be directed to make the payment through either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

     b. The Raven Company does not process or store any payment-related information, as all transactions are handled through these third-party platforms.

     c. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to the respective platform is true, correct, and complete.

4. Usage of 'Carriers'

     a. 'Carriers' are virtual entities responsible for the delivery of messages.

     b. The speed, efficiency, and delivery rate of messages depend on the package of 'carriers' purchased.

     c. 'Carriers' have no real-world counterpart and are exclusively a feature within the Raven app.

5. Privacy

     a. Information We Collect

•      Personal Data: When you register for our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name and phone number.

•      Messages: All messages sent using Raven are end-to-end encrypted. While they pass through our servers, we cannot read or access the content of your messages. They are designed to be private between the sender and recipient.
