For account deletion please send a message on the Raven app to your local Nest requesting deletion or email jack@sendaraven.io with the subject line 'DELETE [phone_number]' — however this will require an extra step where we will ask you to verify your phone number by sending a message. This will permanently delete all user data + correspondence between you and your friends.

To delete letters, navigate within the app to the Letters tab, then open the letter in the chat conversation, and click the dots icon, then click Delete Letter.

To block friends, navigation within the app to the Letters tab, then open up your conversation with the friend, click the dots icon, then click Block
